The Pleat Denim Shorts XL are made from heavyweight black denim, 100% cotton and made from deadstock fabric. These low to mid-rise, unisex shorts feature deep front pleats, side pockets, and a structured silhouette that breaks in beautifully over time. Finished with a front zipper, snap and trouser hook closure, and clean lines throughout. These are the updated, longer and wider version of our original Pleat Denim Shorts.

Each garment is handmade and may slightly differ in weave texture or shade from the photograph. We up-cycle deadstock fabrics and use thoughtfully sourced materials.

Size Guide: To determine the low to mid-rise fit, measure from the top of your hip bone to where you’d like the waistband to sit — typically 1–3” below the navel. These shorts have a roomy fit through the thigh. Our product photos show a size 32” low rise fit sample on a dress form with a 25” waist.
