The Smocked Skirt is 100% up-cycled from deadstock and vintage suiting fabric. This full length skirt is decoratively gathered with elastic thread throughout the body of the garment, and has an adjustable drawstring waistband with a relaxed fit. This skirt sits mid rise, slightly below the navel. A vent at the center back hem allows for ease of movement.
